Technical translations English

Ost-Express is looking for translators Russian-English (native speaker English only, SDL Trados experience only). We are looking for translators Russian - English (English native speaker and with Trados experience only). Job requirements: at least 5 years experience as a technical and/or legal translator in Russian and into Russian.

Technical translations into English

Primarily our projects are technical translations. We translate tender documents into English, which require sound technical knowledge, user manuals and presentations. Although the share of technical products exported by Russia to the West is relatively small, we receive such orders on a regular basis.

The tenders are more about technical re-equipment projects for various facilities in Russia, in which Western companies are also involved. Not necessarily with our help, but with our involvement, our clients from Germany and Austria have been able to win lucrative contracts in Russia, e.g. for the supply of water treatment and purification systems.

Legal English translations

The proportion of legal translations into English is even higher than the proportion of technical translations. Our clients are Russian companies exporting not only finished technical products but also any other products. These are primarily products of the chemical industry as well as metallurgy. In addition, any deliveries are accompanied by contracts of supply, purchase and sale.
